Rates, Payments and Delivery: |

All information on this site regarding travel programs, dates, prices, services and products is subject to change without prior notice. Tour Reservation & Deposits:A 50% deposit of the tour price per person is required to ensure your reservation, together with a completed reservation form. The balance is due 60 days prior to departure date. A charge of $25.00pp, per change will be levied for any changes after itinerary is confirmed. All rates quotes are based on current rates and these quotes are subject to change without prior notice based on increases in government taxes and tariffs. A planning fee of $200 per person will be charged for tour proposals. This amount is applied to the tour costs. |
Tour Cancellation & Refunds: |

Your deposit will be refunded less an administration fee of $150.00pp. If written notice of cancellation is made 91 days prior to the departure, a cancellation fee of $250.00pp will be charged. If canceled between 90 and 60 days the cancellation fee is $350.00pp. if canceled between 59 to 46 days of departure the cancellation penalty is 50% of the tour cost plus any unrecoverable charges applied to us by our suppliers. No refunds within 45 days of travel and for ‘no shows’. We strongly recommend trip cancellation Insurance.
NewXplorer, reserves the right to alter the itinerary or substitute hotels and services as it deems necessary. These changes may be necessary due to changes in local conditions beyond our control. Some changes may be to enhance a certain tour feature or to improve hotel accommodations, as we are constantly updating and evaluating our product. In all cases a comparable or superior substitute will be made. Purchases made by the traveler will be at his/her own risk and we will not be held responsible for any disputes or problems arising from such transactions.

Travel Protection and Insurance: |
| To avoid charges for cancellation due to covered reasons, Newxplorer.com highly recommends the purchase of comprehensive trip insurance. Newxplorer.com is not responsible or liable for loss, damage or theft of luggage or personal belongings, or for personal injury, accidents, illness, disappointments or frustrations while on tour, nor is Newxplorer.com responsible for any type of trip interruption due to weather and other unforeseen circumstances. We recommend that you protect your investment by purchasing a trip cancellation policy. There are many reputable insurance companies which offer Trip Cancellation policies, including Travelex Insurance Company. To do so, please call Travelex Insurance Company at 800-228-9792 with any questions. Newxplorer has cancellation penalties in place that we uphold to protect the value of the trip to all participants. Please note that we strictly adhere to that cancellation penalty schedule/policy. Please note that Newxplorer.com does not sell or issue insurance policies. This free benefit may be discontinued by Newxplorer.com at any time without prior notice. |
Travel Documents and Identification: |
| All participants are required to secure a valid passport and visa (if required). Failure to obtain valid travel documents shall not create the right to cancellation or refund. Passengers are responsible to ensure that the names printed on the itinerary and other travel documents exactly match the first and last name written in their passport. |
Holidays: |
| During local or national holidays abroad, certain facilities such as museums, sightseeing tours and shopping may be limited. |
Air Transportation: |
| Newxplorer.com does not handle airline ticket reservations or bookings. Airline ticket reservations and bookings are the sole responsibility of the customer. |
Flight Changes and Delays: |
| Airline flight changes and delays are unfortunate, but are an inherent risk of travel and outside the control or responsibility of Newxplorer.com. Guests may reserve the right to hold the airline responsible for any such delays. In the event of a delay, the airline and not Newxplorer.com will determine the procedure to be followed and the amenities/compensation, if any. |
Hotels: |
| Hotels accommodations will be provided in accordance with the itinerary. In the event that a requested hotel is unavailable, an alternate option will be offered in an equal category. |
Responsibility: |
| Newxplorer.com and/or their cooperating selling agents and/or their suppliers of services offer their travel packages for sale only on the express understanding that they themselves do not perform or in any way assume liability for the performance of the individual components (transfers, hotels, flights, car, motor coaches, etc.) of these travel packages and act only to combine these components into a single unit of sale for the convenience of the general public, and are not responsible therefore, either directly or indirectly, for any loss, accident, or injury which may result from any act, omission, negligence in or responsible for performing or providing these component services. ADDITIONAL EXPENSES INCURRED AS A RESULT OF DELAY, CHANGE OF SCHEDULES, ILLNESS, WEATHER, STRIKES, HOSTILITIES, QUARANTINE, GOVERNMENT REQUISITION OF HOTEL SPACE, OR ANY OTHER REASONS BEYOND THE CONTROL OF NEWXPLORER OR ITS AFFILIATE TRAVEL AGENTS, SHALL BE BORNE BY THE PASSENGER. |
Terms & Conditions: |
| For all Xplorer packages offered by Newxplorer.com, all prices are per person, based on double occupancy inclusive of lodging with half-board basis on most packages (unless otherwise stated) and ground transportation. All prices are quoted in U.S. Dollars. Prices listed for each Xplorer package offer is for non-peak season travel. Surcharges apply for peak-season travel and certain holidays. Other restrictions may apply. Special offers are for new bookings only, are not combinable with any other offer, discount or promotion and are based on availability. | Payment of deposit or full payment shall be deemed as consent by the passenger to the above conditions. |
